I am so pleased with my beautiful Jenny seed bead fresh water pearl necklace. It is the perfect accessory for everyday jeans and t-shirt that I wear. My delivery had been extremely delayed by usps and I was getting ready to phone The Freshwater Pearl Company to complain when its owner, Brain, actually reached out to me, first. He said he tracks all his shipments and he noticed that my purchase had yet to be delivered. It was delayed by almost one month at the usps offices. He very kindly offered to send me another necklace and apologized for the delay although it was not his company's fault. Imagine that! A business owner willing to make the customer happy. Needless to say, I will continue to be a customer for life.
