Shipping & Returns
For orders $75 and above, The Freshwater Pearl Company offers free shipping for all US purchases including Hawaii and Alaska.
For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed upon checkout on the The Freshwater Pearl Company website. Both USPS and DHL Express are shipping options for international orders.
Tracking Order Status
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your purchase, and will also receive an email when your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number.
The Freshwater Pearl Company wants you to be happy with your purchase. We will accept return requests for items that have not been used or worn, and the product is still in the same condition it was received. If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 3 days of the date you received your item.
Once we receive your returned product(s), our team will review your request and inspect the product(s). We will send you a confirmation email that we have received your product(s) and are processing your request. We will send a follow up email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return is approved.
If approved, within one week, a refund will be made to your original form of payment. There may be differences in the refund timeline for all payment companies. It may take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your product, and with a photo of the product(s) condition, to begin the process.

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
Final Sale Items
If an item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
