I still have not received this item and am unable to review the product.

Hi Chris! We sincerely apologize for the delay in your shipment. We shipped your package the day after you ordered it. We try to ship all packages the same day of the order, or the next business day, at the latest. We've had 2-3 packages be delayed in the shipping process this holiday season. It's a very rare occurrence and it happens only a few times a year, mostly in the peak holiday season. We apologize again that this happened to your package and it looks like there was an update this morning on your delivery. It's making its way through the USPS system and should arrive in a few days. So happy with this purchase, you can dress it up or wear it casual, it’s just the perfect versatile piece.
This weekend I will be wearing it at a night-before-the-wedding Welcome dinner.

I Love This Necklace!

This is actually my second necklace from Freshwater Pearl Company. My daughter gifted me one, maybe 15 years ago and I didn’t realize, until it was too late, that I wasn’t taking care of it properly. I stored it hanging from a jewelry hook and the leather stretched and the pearls slipped forward. And while probably nobody but me noticed, I really liked the original and opted to replace it and I am so glad I did. I will take proper care this time around a store it flat.
