Hi Jill! I'm following up on my voicemail that I left earlier this week, as well as our text message exchange. We shipped your necklace a few hours after your made your order. Once we drop the package at USPS, we unfortunately don't have any control over their shipping process. We sincerely apologize for the USPS shipping delay. It rarely happens and USPS has been such a reliable shipping partner of ours. But sometimes, especially during the holidays, a few packages get delayed in transit and we are sorry that it happened to your package. Your package is on the east coast and hoping it gets released and back on its way to you.
